Community Manager

The role of a community manager is to act as the bridge between our brand and our community of loyal consumers. You are our brand's ambassador, engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. Using social listening and analytics tools to monitor social media, online activity and mentions, you are focused on finding out what people are saying about us and gauging sentiment around the brand. Ideally you are a tech-savvy professional, with experience in social media, PR and promotional events who is comfortable in acting as the face and voice of our brand, managing all community communications, building brand awareness and loyalty. Community management is not just about crafting creative or engaging tweets – it's also about listening to what members are saying and using this to shape future messages.
