SEO Specialist

The overall responsibilities of the SEO Specialist will include improving dealership's organic search results across all major search engines. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in digital marketing in the luxury market. Responsibilities: Complete on-page SEO such as page content, title tags, header tags, URL structure, Alt text for images, fast-loading pages, SEO-friendly code, Meta descriptions Internal linking Complete off-page SEO such as link building Working with GMs/Marketing Director to define objectives Prepare detailed strategy and performance reports Research and prepare competition reports and keyword analysis Review and analyze dealership's sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines (at least Google, Baidu, Bing, Google Image, Yandex), especially keeping abreast of harmful tactics so that SEO efforts do not violate search engine guidelines Work with SEM/PPC Specialist to adjust campaigns as needed SEO performance tracking, analysis and reporting Manage day-to-day communication with dealership contacts for all things search related, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans Perform analysis on key performance indicators and make recommendations based on to-date performance Monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking and identify new opportunities Technical website audits on retail sites Develop off-site SEO strategies and on-site SEO recommendations Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels Analyze websites and document changes required for SEO Develop and implement link building strategy Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Keyword research and specifications throughout web site pages Continual research and monitoring of search algorithm updates and changes Perform site audits for SEO best practice compliance Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Identifying and resolving issues with JavaScript, Flash, CSS, etc Navigation and conversion analysis Identifying opportunities to improve organizational and process enhancements that support SEO.
