Business Development Manager

Aim Group International, leader in the field of Medical Events and Congresses is looking for a Business Development Managerfor DMC market to be based in one of our offices in Europe 

Position Specific Responsibilities:

· Develop, update and maintain a client database;

· Organize and participate in sales missions;

· Conduct outbound focus sales calls ;

· Develop new relationships;

· Interact with potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients;

· Attend tradeshow and networking events;

· Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports;

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a Sales position, preferably in the Hospitality industry (International Hotel Chains), DMC, TMC;

· Candidate must have: Planning/organisation, Adaptability, Flexibility, Initiative, Negotiation skills, Selling skills, Knowledge of events management / Destination promotion;

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word);

· People oriented, Passionate for Events, Entrepreneurial, Straightforward;

· Upright, Patient & friendly, Team player, Flexible;

· Open to new ideas and visions;

· Can-do attitude at all times;

· English – excellent oral and written skills; 

· Additional  language – beneficial

Location: Brussels- Prague- Budapest- Vienna
