Content Manager

Who reporting to the Digital Head of the Agency, his/her responsibility will be responsible for day to day monitoring and delivery of assets to deliver best in class ‘online retail merchandising' across eStore and online retail channel. Also responsible for setting up the concept, strategy and plan for implementation to make sure customers have a consistent shopping experience with the right information to convert in whatever channel they are in. This person will be responsible for managing resource in a timely manner as a process lead. Roles & Responsibilities: Acquire and manage asset requirements and specifications per channel Keep up-to-date target eRetail and PurePlayer channel list for content supply Maintain asset plan / calendar Monitor competitor activities and pricing in eRetailer and Pureplayer channels Monitor BrandView scorecard to improve content compliance score by briefing relevant team Monitor in-life products and make sure content quality are up to date with no broken UX, UI elements. Remove out-of-date content liaising with KAM (Key Account Manager) Manage content localisation to match local features and benefits (product specs) Collaborate/coordinate with global SSO team Issues management (JIRA).
