Digital Manager

We are seeking a Digital Manager with strong research, organizational and communications skills to exceed client expectations through product delivery and training. This is a brand-new role within the Digital & Research Team, which operates in South Europe and Latam. Focus of the role is mainly, but not limited to, on two cutting edge products: Digital Tracking (DT), a unique solution to get an in depth and comprehensive understanding of consumers behaviours, by passively tracking their online habits to provide an unequivocal picture of consumers based on real actions rather than statements. Customer Experience Measurement (CEM) program, to provide a 360-view of in-store customers experience via bespoke dashboards, allowing clients to capitalize on customers' expectations and exponentially increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
